Motoforce (Kehin) PWK carb
The PWK style carburetor by Motoforce/Koso offers
super performance and thanks to its large float bowl
there won't be any risks of lean mixtures being created
in tight curves and uphill and downhill situations and
it’s D-slide that offers superior
throttle response. The carburetor is equipped
with a power jet option which is adds more fuel at
full
throttle. This is a highly tuneable top end
carburetor used on top race winning engines. Available
in 21,24,28 and 30mm sizes. |

Stage 6 carbs
The Stage6 R/T PWK carburetor has been specially developed by KOSO and is
produced exclusively for Stage6. The CNC machined and polished venturi allows
for better engine breathing, which translates into better response. Outer
diameter of the carb, as well as the connection size for the
t>
intake manifold (35 mm) have been reduced, making mounting easier.
Furthermore, the black racing finish gives the carb a sleek high quality look.
Of course, this carb is also equipped with a powerjet and the included
instructions guarantee easy jetting. Additional carb needles and jets in a
variety of sizes can also be purchased for this carburetor. Sizes available are
21,24,26and 28mm

Stage 6 V-Force
Reed Valve
Stage6 together with the US manufacturer Moto Tassinari,
who is famous for high performing reed valves in the
field of motocross engines, have developed the V-Force3
reed valve. The double V-reeds construction is patented
and thanks to its huge inlet diameter and an optimized
airflow it provides much better filling of the
crankcase. To ensure maximum power output you should fit
the 28mm Venturi insert that is included in the package.

Stage 6 R/T Reed Valve
This vulcanised two reed block completes your Stage6
setup and is ideal to assist cylinder charges with 19mm
carburetors and larger. The design has been taken from
the reed valve of the well-known Stage6 intake system.
Included in the package are the reed valve made of fuel
resistant Viton, two 0.35mm Stage6 carbon reeds, two
0.4mm Stage6 fiber glass reeds and three stuffers (24mm,
26mm and 28mm).
Attention: An additional
4mm spacer is included for Minarelli horizontal engines.
The spacer is mounted under the Stage6 R/T FKM Viton
reed valve to raise the reeds and thus ensuring that a
sufficient fresh charge is directed towards the boost
port. |

Racing reed valve from Motoforce with an increased
intake diameter and glassfibre reeds. Contrary to the
original reeds the Motoforce racing reeds are rubber
vulcanized which ensures that they close tightly.
