Stage6 R/T Wing Cooler Clutch Bel
Stage6 R/T (Racing Team) is the high end product
range from Stage6. These technologically innovative
and sophisticated products are ideal for race use.
One of the most interesting features of the Stage6
R/T wing cooler clutch bell is the welded on
torsional ring, that does not only optimize torque
characteristics but also provides much better
cooling. The air fins, already known from the Stage6
clutch bells, have been kept.
Attention: Fits only Minarelli engines
that come with 3 shoe clutches as standard fitting
(inner diameter of the bell = 107mm). Please check
before ordering.
Attention: Clutch holding tools WB-5495,
WB-5476, WB-5427, WB-5499 and the universal clutch
holding tool will fit. Clutch holding tool WB-5426
does NOT fit.

the right roller weights for virtually all variators in
the scootermatic scene, no matter whether it is a tuning
or original variator. |

The
package includes three
coated precision rollers
made of durable plastic
on a CPT-base (like
Malossi). Stage6 offers
a wide range of these
rollers in steps of 0.25
grams. With tolerances
within 0.05 grams these
rollers are the most
precise on the market.
They come in sets of
three so you can combine
two different ranges of
weights and thus achieve
optimal acceleration
characteristics. The
rollers have their size
and weight printed on
them for easier
identification and
additionally lasered on
the inner rim. Also
included in the package
is a special lubricant
that can be applied to
the variator's roller
area.
Note: For a
complete set, order 2
identical weight ranges
or combine 2 different
ones.

Stage6 Sport Pro Variator Kit -
Minarelli Horizontal / Vertical
The Stage6
sport pro variator is an awesome state-of-the-art
scooter tuning product. The sport pro variator comes
pre-adjusted for use with a 50cc cylinder and a Stage6
Pro Replica exhaust system, however, it has actually
been developed and optimized for use with Stage6 Sport
Pro cylinder / Streetrace cylinder or similar 70cc sport
cylinders. The back of the variator and the roller
tracks are hard coated but the running surface is
uncoated. This can reduce the running surface's lifespan
but the increased friction co-efficients result in much
better performance. Also, the coating cannot flake off
as can happen with hard coated running surfaces, which
would lead to quicker wear or even breaking of the drive
belt. Included in the kit are the variator with bushing,
back plate with low-friction coating, shims, a set of
roller weights (16x13) and a medium torque spring.

durable variomatic with its Multivar. The Malossi
multivar is very easy to fit and modify and it comes
complete with a torque spring and a set of 16x13mm
rollers. The CAD-designed roller curves ensure
excellent acceleration and wider range of
transmission.

Polini Variator Speed Control 2003
- Minarelli
This Polini Speed Control
variator is the 2003 update to the Polini variator.
The Speed Control vario has optimised roller curves,
excellent finish, reinforced on the outside and an
oil seal to protect the bearing bush. The Polini
Speed Control kit ships with 2 sets of coated
weights, a set of clutch-springs and a set of slide
inserts.
